Credits and exchanges

Know that all of our products are lovingly made by hand. We take pride in offering you the highest quality of jewelry so that they last a lifetime.

If an accident occurs and your piece arrives damaged :
Within two days of arrival, send us an email at info@nazaro.ca, with a picture of the broken piece and your invoice number. It will be our pleasure to contact you with the replacement procedure.

If you aren’t completely happy with your piece, we will happily exchange it for another piece or apply a credit on your Nazaro account.

NOTE : All shipping charges associated with the credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. You will not be credited for initial shipping charges.

Due to hygiene and health issues, earrings are not returnable.

All sale items are FINAL sales.

No refund.

Shipping & Delivery

It is our intention for you to enjoy your jewelry as soon as possible.

Nazaro reserves between 48 hours during business days to process your order after receipt of your payment. Most orders are received within 1 to 3 business days within Canadian borders.

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
Please keep in mind orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight. You will have confirmation of the shipping rate at checkout.

NOTE : All orders may take up to two weeks of delivery during sales and big promotions.

Most orders do require signature so please provide a valid physical shipping address where someone will be present to sign for the package. After 3 attempts of delivery for signature, the package will be returned to us and it will be your responsibility for the freight charges incurred.

Warranty

Nazaro creations are made from the finest materials, but in the unlikely event of a defect occurring within the following six months of purchase, please return us the product with your proof of purchase or bring it back to the boutique where you purchased it. Please note that all goods are returned to us at your own expense.

Stones:

We find great inspiration in raw beauty. This is why we use materials coming from the Earth. Therefore, each stone may vary slightly in color, clarity, shape and size. Our warranty does not cover such characteristics of material.

Remember, jewelry should be as unique as the person who wears it. Each piece may be different from the last and no two Nazaro pieces will be exactly the same.

Signs of wear and tear:

Component parts will show wear and tear over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee. This warranty also does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, or damage by a commercial carrier.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not cover neglect or wear and tear. Tarnishing of the platting can occur due to exposure to perfumes, moisturizers, heat and acidity from the body. If you would like to replace a piece due to wearing, contact us at info@nazaro.ca with a picture of your piece and the details of the replacements you want to make. We will get back to you with the estimated price of your repair.
